About Us

Baruch Haba,

Chen HaMashiach (Grace of the Messiah) is a Messianic Judaism Kehillah (congregation) based in Auckland, New Zealand with a heart for family, friends and community. We believe in HaShem “One G-d” as revealed in the Scripture  "Sh’ma”, Deuteronomy 6:4-5 & Mark 12:29 "Sh’ma, Yisra’el! Adonai Eloheinu, Adonai Echad, Hear, Isra’el! Adonai our God, Adonai is one." We believe that Yeshua (Jesus) is HaMashiach (Messiah), the Saviour of Mankind, John 1:14, "The Word became a human being and lived with us, and we saw his Sh’khinah (Holy Spirit) of the Father’s only Son, full of grace and truth”. We come from different walks of life, some have been in church and some have not but by God's guidance, his grace had directed us to the Messianic Judaism Movement.

We stay in South Auckland, New Zealand and we are part of a wonderful diverse community. We have been involved in Ministry for over 20 years and lead our beloved Kehillah Chen HaMashiach. Scripture is beautiful and reveals truth, which had challenged our hearts, understanding and lifestyle. Through scripture the hidden truth was revealed & awakened us, that the truth is Yeshua the Messiah and the Torah. In 2014,  Revelations Chapter 3:20 'Here, I am standing at the door,  knocking. If someone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come into him and eat with him, and he will eat with me".  We asked ourselves the question, why is Jesus knocking on the door?  From there we were lead on a journey that revealed to us, that Yeshua is knocking at the door, not Jesus. And it was us, who as Christian's did not invite the true Messiah into our lives and congregation. From that day to now, our vision statement declares our stand in the Messianic Judaism Movement.

We study in Yeshiva Shuvu under Rabbi Itzhak  Shapira, Rabbi Steven A.Bernstein and Pastor Matt McKeown. The studies and teachings are from the Messianic Judaism Lens of Torah and the commentary of the sages. We are also united with the Australasian Yeshiva building the community of the Messianic Judaism Movement.

Shalom.
